Our pyrolysis plant can be used to dispose of waste plastics, waste tires, and waste rubber, no matter which raw material will be dispose, it will produce any pollution to our environmental.
Pollution is generally divided into 4 categories:
1.Gas pollution
There are two types of gases emitted from waste tire pyrolysis plant. One is the smoke emitted from the chimney. The heating system uses the fuel to heat up the process. The waste tires and waste plastics pyrolysis plant are equipped with a water film dedusting system and a deodorizing tank. The smoke from the combustion enters the deodorization tank and the water film dedusting system through the flue, and the smoke discharged through the treatment is very light, similar to water vapor. The other is the exhaust produced by the cracking of tires and plastics. This tail gas can be recycled to replace the fuel used to heat the reactor.
So there is no gas pollution throughout the process.
2. Water pollution
There are two types of water in the whole system. Cooling water and dust removal water. Whether it is cooling water or dust removal water, it is used to ensure zero wastewater discharge during the production process. The cooling water is not in direct contact with oil or gas, so it is clean and has been recycled for no pollution.
After the dust water has been treated with the soot, it will turn black and become acidic due to the removal of small solid particles inside the dust. But this water still does not need to be discharged. Some calcium oxide is added to neutralize with the acid to form a CaSo3 precipitate.
3. Noise.
The most noisy component of the complete set of pyrolysis plant is the induced draft fan. Noise < 50 bd .
4. Odor contamination.If the waste tire is directly burned, there will be a pungent smell, which is very serious to air pollution.Our waste tires and waste plastics pyrolysis plant use fully enclosed heat cracking. All joints of the entire production line are sealed with a professional sealing material, so there will be no gas or smoke leaking out during the entire process.
A deodorant tank is installed at the connection of our dust removal equipment and flue. It can be used to remove the odor generated by fuel combustion or exhaust gas combustion. The carbon black produced during the combustion process is also an underground sealed slagging system to prevent the carbon black slag from flying around during the process of discharging the carbon black.
