As the increasing number of cars in China,India and other developing country. One of the most promising recovery technologies is pyrolysis, a process that involves heating oil at high temperatures without oxygen. Pyrolysis decomposes waste oil and tyre/plastic oil into gas, a mixture of liquid and a small amount of solids. Gases and liquids can be chemically converted to gasoline or diesel. Recycling used oil into diesel is an effective way to save money and the environment. At present, the DoingGroup's tyre/plastic oil to diesel distillation plant can realize the concept of recycling waste oil and tyre/plastic oil
into diesel. The specific process of this tyre/plastic oil to diesel distillation plant is as follows:

1. The waste oil or tyre/plastic oil is introduced into the reactor and the reactor is heated.

2. The temperature in the reactor reaches a certain height, and the waste oil or tyre/plastic oil will filter out the impurities in the oil under high-temperature distillation.

3. The oil and gas enters the condensing system and is liquefied into light oil and falls into the tank.

4. Deodorize the light oil collected in the tank.

5. The diesel fuel from tyre/plastic oil to diesel distillation plant that comes out of the standard refining system is brownish yellow. If you want to get better color diesel, we can also provide a deep purification system, and finally you can get pale yellow diesel products.

After this high-temperature distillation process, we can finally obtain 80-85% of diesel fuel. This diesel fuel from waste oil or tyre/plastic oil to diesel distillation plant can be used instead of standard diesel for diesel burners. In addition, the residue in the furnace after distillation is a heavy oil impurity, which is very similar to the performance of asphalt. It can be directly used in paving road or asphalt plant for re-refining.
