Spain 20T/D continuous pyrolysis plant was delivered

Congratulations to the Spanish customer’s 20T/D continuous pyrolysis plant was delivered yesterday. Spanish customers are operating a large building materials supply company. The purchase of our equipment is mainly used to dispose of waste plastics. 

Last week, the customer's equipment was successfully trialed in the factory, everything was running normally, and 20T/D continuous pyrolysis plant was transported from our factory according to the contract. The customer started the market survey of continuous pyrolysis plant manufacturers in the market last year, and also visited several manufacturers of continuous pyrolysis plant during the market survey time, but ultimately we chose mainly because our equipment has the following advantages, so that customers are very satisfaction:

1. Fully automatic, PLC control, saving manpower.2. The reaction kettle can be rotated 360 degrees to make the heating more uniform, which is beneficial to extend the service life of the equipment.
3. The whole process of sealing process is safe and clean.
4. Unique feeding and slagging system, carbon black steel wire is automatically separated.
5. Equipped with a unique flue gas filtration system, with desulfurization, denitration system. All emissions meet European and American environmental standards

Now the customer's equipment land has been approved by the local government ,our customer is completing the tight preparation of the foundation. Our engineer team are ready to fly to Spain to provide on-site guidance and installation work for Spanish customers' 20T/D continuous pyrolysis plant!
